extremely rude very poor services
I had them at my house for repair of my dishwasher he changed a part and charged one hundred odd ponds and the problem continued to recur . when i called him again he came and said that the problem is now with the house electric wiring. while discussing the issue with him . he hung up the phone on me. i have since then changed my dishwasher and it is working without any problem.

Excellent Service
I phoned potteries domestics after being recommended by a friend, they were very polite and helpful over the phone and sent an engineer the same day!! they came and fixed my fan oven in no time at all. Excellent service from start to finish.
